THE CONCEPT
Barbed Tape Concertina (BTC) is a highly successful barrier product used
extensively worldwide.
BTC, being particularly sharp, is however dangerous, labour intensive and difficult to install.
As a service to its customers, Birmingham Barb Tape Ltd have developed a simple and quick system to deploy and uplift BTC
FEATURES
Note: No additional packing space required for barrow kit as it fits inside coil bundle.
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
Birmingham Barbed Tape now offer the same amount of concertina coil but supplied as 10 x 50 metre coils and inside each bundle is included a barrier dispenser with all equipment necessary to install the BTC.

| STEP 1 | Remove barrow from inside bundle |
| STEP 2 | Unfold barrow |
| STEP 3 | Place 1 x 50 metre coil (approx 65kgs) onto barrow and wheel barrier to installation site. |
| STEP 4 | Cut retaining wire off to free coil |
| STEP 5 | Secure coil to ground with peg supplied |
| STEP 6 | Draw barrier along barrier line, coil deploys off barrow at walking pace. Whilst this is a one man operation, if the coils have been tightly compressed a second person may be used to assist in paying-out the coil evenly |
